      Pastor's Ponderings

Last week in my ponderings I mentioned there would be a surprise if you came to church on Dec. 10th.  Those of you who were here saw for the first time a sermon preached and then illustrated by handing money out to anyone who wanted to get involved in the Advent Conspiracy.  118 of you took up the challenge to use the "gift" of money to bless someone this week.  We will hear a few of the testimonies from this event this coming Sunday.  Hope you will be here!

This coming Sunday, we have something else to give you.  All who participated in our photo directory project will receive your free directory this Sunday.  (Great Christmas gift, they look awesome).  My message this Sunday is give more, great Advent themes: spend less, give more, love all.

My prayer for each of you is that you give more of yourself to God and to others.  There are many lonely people out there, why not take some time to bless someone with your listening ear and your caring heart?

      Blessings

      Dr. "T"
